Fun place to live! Like how small American House Holland independent apartment building is.
I enjoy working with Alix! She knows American House so well!
Cannot seem to get anything in our room fixed!! Air conditioning is not working well and the doors on the closets are broken and have fallen off. I have asked for help politely and I am not getting anywhere…. Tickets are in weeks later. Management is poor. Excellent care from the staff unfortunately still a bad experience.
I’ve been here a little while now, and I truly feel at home. The staff are kind and always take the time to check on me. The activities director is wonderful at keeping us busy. There’s always something fun going on.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved in, but it’s been a pleasant surprise. The meals are good, the place is clean, and there’s always something going on if you want to join in. It’s a nice place to spend my days
