5 years ago this was a place you'd want your parents. No longer safe. Constantly rotating staff, no one knows who gets what, medications missed, so few staff when you pull the call light cord no one comes. Cold food, poor building maintenance, stay away. Way understaffed for safety. Lock up valuables, thousands of dollars in diamonds ended up missing.
My mom really enjoys American House!
Mom likes it. Going very well.
My parents are really happy living here. The social opportunities have really benefited them both.
