My specific praise is for Sarah Gianunzio, the Activities Director. Sarah has a positive attitude about her work, treating residents and families alike with her smiles and caring attention! Thank you Sarah for all you do.
My uncle Bill just moved in. Chris, Amanda and staff have been nothing short of exceptional in accommodating needs, benefits. We cannot thank the entire staff enough for their kindness, compassion and assistance. It was the smoothest transition for my uncle and we could not be happier with the level of care. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and knowing Uncle B is safe and happy!
My brother and I moved our mom into this facility a couple weeks ago and we are so happy with how they have transitioned her. Amanda Beaudoin, the Community Relations Director, has been a massive help and a saving grace during such a difficult time for our family. She was constantly in communication and always understanding of our needs. We love the social opportunities, meal options, and friendly staff here already. We are so grateful to have found Freedom Place Roseville!
We couldn't of had a more pleasant experience. We had to make the hard choice of finding a place this past Nov. for our loved one. Amanda made moving my Uncle in from the hospital to American House Freedom Place painless. She is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and has made us feel we made a great choice, choosing AHFP for his forever home. We highly recommend Amanda and the great staff we've experienced!
