We moved our mom in this facility back in July and it started out well but she is now exhibiting new behavior issues. We met with nurse Randi who sat and listened to our concerns, worries and ideas and put our minds at ease and together we developed a plan to to address these new behaviors. While she's extremely busy, she took over an hour with our family. Who does that anymore??
