Orangutan - Stay away! I called them for a system checkup and they arrived 3 hours late only to not perform any type of service. They use low checkup fees ($49.00) to get their foot in the door only to identify any issues with your system. They opened up my unit to show dirty coils but did not clean them. That is an additional fee and service call. They also will try to sell you parts that are way more expensive than they should be. Too much emphasis on sales At Home Depot I signed up for seasonal maintenance checks on both of my residential heat pumps. The technician was knowledgeable and performed the required system checks but spent too much time trying to sell me other services I don’t want such as coil cleaning and maintenance contracts. The low price promotion at Home Depot should have been a flag t me that there was going to be a sales pitch with the maintenance.

Horrible company!!!! Total ripoff. Tried to sell my a overpriced contract and charged $400 for a part that costs $10.. Beware of these con men...
