Customer service is horrible. Bestway is the absolute most rudest company I ever worked with I received a message yesterday(7/31/25) reminding me that my bill is due today (8/1/25) it was simple. I wake up this morning and I received a message telling me “WE NEED A PAYMENT TODAY OR WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR RETURN OF OUR MERCHANDISE TODAY.
