Just got my first (but not last) kilt from these guys. And I couldn't be happier. They even called to tell me that they were very confident one of my measurements was wrong, saving me from what would have surely been a mini-kilt (I'm 6'6"). Great kilt at a great price and now I can't stop wearing it. Just took it to a whisky festival in Germany and will be taking it to Scotland in the Spring.
I worked with JD at the New York renaissance fair to find a kilt as I have been searching for one. Not only did he teach me how to properly wear it - and allowed me time to think about my purchase without me feeling like I was being suffocated into the buying the items, but he also set up my sporran and pin. We were in the New Hope shop in January. I was quite taken by a tweed vest. They did not have the matching jacket in my size. They said I could take the vest, they could order a jacket - it would take about a month - and they would have the jacket shipped to my house. Two months later I had received nothing.
