So let me get this straight, after going back and forth through your process and all this. Your institution sees fit to hit me with a late charge for 0$, on an account that is closed, that was paid in full? Really? I have no words for this level of bureaucratic incompetence. There was no waiting time. I was helped immediately. Had three things that I needed accomplished and all was completed.
I had some banking changes i needed to make and Dante no only handled it professionally but was friendly and personable in doing so!!
I walked into AMHFCU few days ago re: certificates and Acct. changes. My wait time was less than 15 min. I was greeted pleasantly, with professionalism, and knowledge of banking protocols. I am a satisfied customer.
