Experience was good. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
very frustrated with this bank. They randomly hold my funds for long periods of time at the discretion of the teller. I'm here almost daily and once a teller is familiar with me they do not hold my funds the only problem is that there is a new teller here frequently so I have to start all over each time they decide to hire someone else. Will likely take my account elsewhere since there is no value in this relationship.
Jodie was very nice explaining how to open a savings account. She took her time with me. Explaining everything i needed to know. I appreciate it, Very much. Thank you!
