Charged me unauthorized fees, and terrible communication in handling there mistake. Had me wait on hold for 25 minutes to get nowhere.
Everyone was very nice, I'm a happy customer.
I had a "flag" on my account that impacted my ability to add CDs or do other business with my account. The woman (sorry I didn't catch her name) at the Fairless Hills branch patiently took care of what was an internal error caused by incorrect coding by another local branch (that I will no longer do business with). Even though it's further from my house, the Fairless Hills branch will have my business from now on.
