They were friendly and very helpful.
Staff at the Perkasie location is great for most of the times I’ve been in physically. My real issue is with the investment and retirement unit through this bank. Twice now I’ve been told I could speak with an advisor to set up a 401k (which is supposed to be a free member consultation, to my understanding) and both times it has been a hassle to schedule. Advisor was away on vaca the first time when I was available back in Feb. and yesterday we were supposed to have a call.. more than 24 hrs later and not even a follow up. D... read more
I've been with them for about eleven years now, never had an issue, always very respectful people, almost like a family Which is very enjoyable. It makes it a lot easier to bank.
Brian was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had several banking items to take care of and Brian answered all my questions. He explained the process to help me transfer funds from my 403b. He exemplifies great customer service. Thank you Brian!
