Every time I visit this location (East Norriton) I'm always greeted when I walk in. Treated very professionally and my questions are always answered with a positive outcome. I would definitely recommend American Heritage Credit Union to all my family and friends.
Everyone was very helpful. Service is improving.
We went in to refinance a car loan. Monthly income was incorrectly stated causing a delay. We have a 50thousand dollar car that we purchased that would be unattainable with what the bank teller put down for Monthly income. Not only that, we were supposed to be contacted within 24 to 48 hrs. No one ever called us back. We were told, "sorry we couldn't satisfy us". Lol we are buy able. We'll take our business elsewhere. 780 credit. American Heritage was unsatisfying.
