Accommodated right away by branch Associate. Did not take long to finish my transaction and Associate was very pleasant.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had multiple transaction to handle, not receiving my account paperwork was one of them. They were a little short handed and I was there a little over an hour but they did address all issues. I would have given 5 stars but I have to wait until May 27th, or later to see if everything is corrected.
Very good service and pleasant attitudes.
Best bank for low rate credit card and customer representatives are attentive and friendly..never a long wait for in bank services...free change machine too!
