No different than a bank. I explained my situation upfront and was promised they were different, that they could help because it’s “not just about credit,” and that if I was denied there would be a review process with a loan officer to take financial picture into account etc. It was all talk. I had an appointment with Adam at 10:00. But he wasn't in so they gave me someone else. She was very good and knew what she was doing. We renewed several CDs in no time at all. The girl at the front desk was very helpful as well.
