Very professional and friendly
I've been banking with them for several years. The local tellers are friendly and helpful. Always available and willing to help you with financial services, banking, and any issues that you might have. Home folks!
These people are absolute idiots. Why would you set my mom up with a travel card that isn't even directly connected to the bank. You can only charge it with $500 max at a time and it costs $10 every time you charge it. She should be refunded for every time you charged her to transfer money to ONE OF HER OWN ACCOUNTS. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. But what's new? Good old Pawhuska people exploiting their community.
