I had a very unpleasant experience with this organization. I would suggest if you book an appointment, that you get confirmation from staff that you are scheduled for the class you booked. I booked days in advance, received reminders, and was sent text message reminders; and all that for nothing because someone in scheduling decided to change it without letting me know.
