American Heart Association has a policy of it taking 2-3 weeks now to receive your CPR certification completion ecard. This policy NEEDS TO CHANGE and is completely unacceptable. It delays employment, slows down delivery of healthcare services, causes financial loss to potential employees and creates hardship for employers working short staffed as they wait for a prospective employee’s ecard to finally appear. These people/quacks are idiots. Telling extremely obese people to restrict their calories is a 50 year old failed strategy that has literally caused death and suffering for millions if not billions. It's not total calories, but what kind of calories. Not one mention of intermittent fasting or a ketogenic diet which has been proven to help extremely obese people.
