PART 1 Very polite and courteous. Great team there. THEIR working to help improve quality of life by helping you be able to hear better and clearer. Waiting on hearing aid and I will add part 2 for once I start using. DONT BE EMBARRASSED IF YOU CAN'T HEAR JUST CALL THEM AND FIX IT.
I just want to update my rating from a year ago to add that my experience with American Hearing + Audiology has remained excellent. Courtney and everyone at the office are extremely attentive to my needs and have been prompt to find solutions to any issues I have had. I absolutely recommend them and trust them with my hearing health.

I called American Hearing because one of my hearing aids was not working. Dr Gragg worked me in, gave me a full hearing test, we determined an appropriate replacement for my hearing aids (they were almost 8 years old), made ear molds and worked out cost. Both the Doctor and receptionist were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Excellent service and could not be happier with my new hearing aids. A significant improvement over my previous set sold by a competitor.
