Mother was placed in Heritage Hall toward the end of her time here on earth. The facility was warm and welcoming to both mother and our family. The staff is top notch from receptionist to nursing staff, administration outstanding. The home was always clean and we wanted for nothing. Would never ever use this place for any reason everything you hear about to including the advertising are fake. When you have a business with employees not doing the job hired for or show any compassion that a love one may suffer should be out of business. But that healthcare today money money money. Beware of admissions if you try to get your love one placed from Hospice or individually Cody will collect what is required tell you they are reviewing and you will never never get a follow up.
