It is sad the compassionate nurses at this location are hidden behind a Woke/DEI receptionist desk. The worst offender goes by the name “Nikki”. Words cannot describe how disgusted I am with this person’s customer service. I’m not sure if I’m calling a call center or the actual office but I’m dumbfounded how this person can get away with treating people so foul.
