Listen, the customer service here is top notch and nothing like I have experienced in recent years. I dropped the ball in ordering a cowboy hat for the Buckeye Country Superfest until week of (it’s this Saturday). In my desperation, I reached out to the company and less than 30 minutes later got an extremely kind email (even wishing me luck on my midterms next week!) I love hats! I live in the South, the sun is hot, and the humidity is awful in the summer. To protect the head from the sun, you need a comfortable, cool and quality hat. I prefer the Outback style because it protects my head and it suits my oval face. I am not going to waste my money on a cheap hat because they fade, shrink, and the sun destroys them. I have two expensive hats for this weather, both around $80.00 to $100.00. With all due respect to the manufacturer, they are quality hats that provide the protection I need. ... read more
May of 2023 Review: Hat manufactured in Asia. Was led to believe through their website layout and wording (and lack of) that I was purchasing an American made hat but after not finding a manufacturing tag on it and then locating the "made in USA" dropdown option on the website filters that I originally missed and then inquiring about it to the business...they replied that the hat is indeed made in China. Please add some transparency to your website by atleast stating that these hats are "Imported" or such in the descriptions... read more
A few days after ordering a hat from AHM I noticed that the delivery address was wrong. I sent a message via a link found on the AHM web site. The AHM team, John, was quick to respond to me with an email telling that the original hat that I ordered had already been shipped but that he could send me a replacement hat to the correct address. I appreciated the quick response and a great hat that fits perfect.
I love the cattleman hat! It is made of great material and quality. I love the many different colors they have to choose from.
