RaShonda is very hard to deal with. I wanted to have my husband's favorite high school football tshirt recreated for his birthday. Having given over a month's notice, I was told she wasn't sure she would have time or even be able to print the shirt. She seemed annoyed at my request and was hateful.
We have been using American Graphics & Designs to order promotional items for six months. We placed an order for a banner, approved the proof, then was shocked to find it was nothing like what we had agreed upon. After dealing with a very rude RaShonda, they gave us a credit for the banner and later gave us the incorrect banner at no charge.
