The lady at the front desk (dark brunette or maybe black hair) is extremely rude and talks rudely to employees in front of customers. Scott seemed like he is good at his job and can be an honest mistake but the dimensions for our mirror were off by 7 inches! That was with a complete stencil. Don’t know how you can’t cut to size but I’m sure his work is good just wasn’t with us:( Bad rating is mostly for the very rude brunette.
We had broken antique mirrors custom built for a vanity. Scott custom etched the mirrors and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for any glass or mirror work you need done. Great communication and design work all the way around.
Used a larger company last time that my insurance recommended and paid more plus had to have the whole windshield replaced after the chip repair failed. The service was great, the location is very convenient and you will not beat the price at American Glass Services!
