Their website not only saved my credit card information, it took me straight from the cart without the necessary steps of shipping/billing/verification after I hit continue with checkout. I hit "continue with checkout" to enter a coupon theyd sent, so I could then ***** the situation, as it was an expensive purchase. This is predatory. This brand has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely no response by an actual human. No way to contact them other than through an automated email. I will never buy from these scam artists ever again.
Same as others' complaints - they don't deliver in the promised time frame and refuse to respond when you check with them, but goodness they charge the credit card right away, don't they? I ordered some items in mid December with promises of 2-3 days shipping and still have not received them the day after Christmas. They were supposed to be gifts and I'd never have ordered them if I'd known they might not arrive, which is assume the reason for the false promises. This company clearly does not care about customer service. I ordered products, did not receive them within the promised 2 days. Emailed both contacts from their website- "service" and "urgent". No Response to either email. Will not shop with this company again. It's a rip-off. Why pay $108 for a sweatshirt, if they can't stand behind their hype
Bayard Winthrop AND his company have just started joining the BAIT-AND-SWITCH operation. It seem like the company is too busy selling during the holidays season and don't give a DAM about customer service. They sent me a $20 coupon after I purchase 3 blanket and after trying to use the coupon, they keep emailing me new coupon, but non of them works. Terrible communication paid for $15 for 2 day expedited shipping and three days later still have not received a shipping confirmation. Multiple emails later and still have not got one email replied. At this point I hope my shipping cost gets refunded back not to mention this was for a Christmas party. So the possibility of returning item is very high if I don’t get this on time. Would not recommend!!!
