Excellent service! I called because our huge gate was making a screeching noise everytime it was opened and closed. I called and they asked me to send them a picture of the gate. He called me back and gave me a quote over the phone. The repairman came out the next day and fixed it! He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional:) Thanks American Garage Door!
I reached out to American Garage Door for help with what I thought was a minor repair. Jacob was fast to respond. After some discussion I decided that what I really needed was a new door and opener. One of our garage door springs broke suddenly (crazy loud noise), which rendered our door inoperative. We did some research and reached out to Ron at American Garage Door. He responded very quickly, had the parts in stock, and was able to change both within a few hours of our call. He explained everything to us, and went the extra mile to balance the springs perfectly and haul away the old springs (something not all garage techs do).
