I bought a loveseat console with cup holders. When it was delivered, it was broken. I signed that it was delivered.When I called & told them it was broken, they said they have someone to repair it. I shouldn't have to have a new set repaired when I payed fir a perfect set with no flaws.I went back in twice & told them I want my money back & ******* said that's not going to happen. BUYERS BEWARE! This is an ALL-SALES FINAL store. It is not advertised that way, but that is the reality. After buying a recliner that did not fit our space, we called within 24hrs of delivery to ask to exchange or store credit. We were told absolutely no exchanges or store credit as they will not take any furniture back. This should be clearly posted before entering this store. The receipt states at the bottom 'exchanges subject to sellers' discretion', when in fact they refuse any exchanges.

Bought furniture in March said it will be here in may. Calling every month to get updated. For them to keep saying next month. Called this month to get told she don’t no why they sold this to us they were told to stop selling furniture when covid 19 started. So I’ve been waiting for nothing.
Bought a High end bed from them..and got delivery/removal service from them..after they had load my old Mattress, they refused to take the box spring, Clamming it had bed bugs. they never showed me theses as near as I could tel they identified some type of spots, possibly bugs that had been dead for 3 years. they finished moving my bed in. left the box spring agent the wall in my bedroom and then unloaded my old mattress and lead it against my Garage. regardless of weETHER on not it has bedbugs, being bed bug free was never ... read more
Well, I should have known better. I usually purchase furniture from companies that have quality and oh this shocker! Customer service. This one does not. First and last time I will ever buy anything from them. I received all but one item from my order 6 months ago.
