Our sales rep, Wanda, was fantastic! We furnished two rooms with her creativity and absolutely love both. Had problems with delivery of a floor vase (twice arrived broken) but the store made it right. Wish I had more rooms to decorate with them!
I walked around the store for a half hour with no associates to help us - they were all talking to coworkers. Quality of the items seem less than subpar. I will stick with Furniture Row.
Part 2: I will be recommending everyone in my growing development to avoid the company all together, as well as warning potential new customers by posting on review websites. We are so unhappy with our experience that we are returning all of our items and not even bothering to go up to Denver to buy from them. We also told the employees that we will be returning our $3,000 worth of purchases and were told flat out to go ahead and that that's fine... so that is what we will do. Part one: After being very satisfied with our purchase of bedroom and living room furniture at the Denver location, we decided to buy a few more pieces from the Colorado Springs Showroom location. After opening up the box of a black bonded leather accent chair, we noticed that there were no legs. Terrible service. Failed on three separate scheduled occasions to deliver a footboard to a bed, which had been cracked on original delivery. Refused to go any further than removing $50 delivery fee. Spent over $2K with these clowns and this was the treatment. In comparison, the guy from La-Z-Boy knew his delivery guys wouldn't make it, and brought it up himself the same day. You get what you pay for, and here, it isn't much - for better, and definitely for worse.
I recently made 3 purchases from American Furniture Warehouse (Glendale AZ). An overall Amazing experience; from shopping the huge showroom to pickup and delivery of my items. The prices are unbelievably reasonable for such quality furnishings. The staff is very low-key and friendly; they allow you to roam the showroom freely, and rest and relax on everything in the store. We visited the 470 and peoria location today. I have been to this location several times in the past.Today we dropped $900 bucks on a new matress and went to loading door # 5 when paged. This is where the day went south. The guy that loaded the new matress on my truck was so rude.He first started shoving the matress so hard that it was catching on the truck bed and when I told him to stop shoving it he proceeded to tell me to let him do his job! after I let him do his job! Yeah it's cheap but you get what you pay for! Our sectional broke down in less than a year! It's crap and don't think they will take it back because they won't!!!!
We purchased a table from AFW and scheduled a pick up two days later. When we picked up the table it was in a box and appeared to be in good condition. When we opened to box however, the entire corner was smashed in. We called the store and they told us we would have to bring back the damaged table and pick up a new one 4 days later "anytime after 10."
