Yeah it's cheap but you get what you pay for! Our sectional broke down in less than a year! It's crap and don't think they will take it back because they won't!!!!
The customer service is just ok and tha'ts it unless your going to purchase something expensive, the customer service is not spectacular. We purchased a bed set in 2011 and it was close to 3000 dollars and the bed already broke and the only way that could have happened is from a 2 and 5 year old jumping on it, It was cheap furniture that was not made very well and I wish we would have done more research before purchasing, it is obviously way over priced if it brakes in 2 years of having it! We have found that purchasing furniture from American Furniture Warehouse is a wonderful experience. This is a company that really cares about their customers. The salesperson, Shane DeHerrera made everything from assisting us in picking out what we wanted straight to the deliveries to our home. He followed up with several calls ensuring our satisfaction. We are now loyal AFW customers.
My family needed a new sofa so off to American Furniture we went. I was ready to spend about a thousand dollars, but my wife liked the look of a $600 sofa! I tried to put the $300 towards a new flat screen, but the boss shot me down. But, she is happy with the sofa and I'm happy that's shes happy!!! Thanks!
