Always great experience here! I have purchased office furniture, living room, great mattress and box springs, area rugs the best!
Helpful staff but sometimes hard to find someone- good pricing and selection
Do NOT SHOP HERE! We purchase a 3 piece set of livingroom furniture. We recieved more than 7 pieces of ripped and torn furniture from them in all. I refused them untill I got undamaged items. 3 months later we went in to buy more than $2,000 more, (as we had a $390 credit). We were told that our standards are too high, (because we did not accept torn up items), and that we were no longer "allowed" to shop here!
I wish I didn't even have to give them a star! They are far more than disappointing. I refused to buy from them last year after getting my couch, it broke in 2 weeks and ripped at the seams in just a few months. But at the end of the year moved and wanted new things and went here since they are the cheapest and have the most variety in this town. Wrong decision, key word being CHEAPEST. This had to be by far the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!! I purchased a couch after measuring the space and when the greasy, stinky boys arrived the refused to get into my apartment. Ok then. Called and complained to some snotty little girl and asked to speak to another less whiny person that holds whatever they call a managers position and after getting nowhere, I said I will call back the next day after I look at buying something theur employees are more comfortable with moving. Our favorite furniture store!! We buy all our furniture their. Love the prices and have a great selection
Yesterday, I was contacted by a supervisor from the customer service department of American Furniture Warehouse. I have been dealing with these people for about two months now. This is my second couch that has fallen apart in a year. I assume to settle this issue, the supervisor from the customer service department in Gilbert made an offer and I accepted. She offered to have me pick from a selection of couches, and replace my sofa and waive delivery fees to and from my house and any other fees. She even cancelled my work ord... read more
A great buying experience! I will be purchasing all my furnishings from here in the future. The saleslady (Nancy) was excellent. The delivery was fast and friendly. Got exactly what we wanted.
It is going to be easier to call my credit card company and dispute the crap that was delivered. I have been on hold for 2 hours.
