After years of purchasing various products that have worn fairly well considering they're discount furniture fare (though yes, I did have a problem with a couch that broke after six hours, they did promptly send another one), today changed everything after abysmal customer service. I run my own company Nook N Cranny a house cleaning company with great employees out of a recliner and my desk is next to me. I was concerned because I could no longer afford a recliner because I lowered my prices to help customers having a hard time in this economy.
