I am completely disappointed with this company. I bought bunk beds for my grandsons room along with mattresses. They told me the beds were in but not the mattresses but they could substitute better ones at no cost to me. They sent them out and they were cheaper mattresses than what I ordered. I sent them back and went into the store and picked out some other ones. I think your store has nice, quality furniture, but there is a lack of professionalism. I was setup with a salesperson to inquire of some pieces I saw on your online website. And she was supposed to check and see if the items was in stock and I never heard back from her.perhaps she got busy with other things. But common courtesy of a call back is good work ethics.poor service, nice furniture !!!my purchase was going to be a cash purchase. Oh well.
Horrible experience. You can never get thru on the phone. When you do they tell you that you have the wrong dept. Whoever your salesperson is, that's the only person you can talk to even though this one lady is NEVER available. I ordered 2 sofa sleepers. One larger. I was told the smaller one would come first. Needless to say the larger one came and after months I can not get any info on the smaller one. Will not do business with them again. Very unprofessional.
We ordered a couch at the beginning of May, was told June, then July, & now August ( we shall see 🧐 )We financed it and we have already paid a couple bills for the furniture we still don’t have. We were also ONE DAY late paying the bill and got charged a late fee, like wow for real? We ordered a sofa and have gotten multiple different delivery dates. It keeps getting pushed back. However we only find out issues after I reach out repeatedly to get an update. At this point I am waiting on a refund and will look else for my needs.
Horrible customer service! Everything is delayed and they don’t notify you before or after you’ve purchased. Have to call multiple times to ever get ahold of anyone or get a call back. Will never purchase anything from here again
It’s been almost 2 whole months since I’ve ordered my furniture and the poor delivery guys just made a blank trip all the way to Waveland because Mr Tim Bryant sent out the wrong furniture!!! I wait two months and couldn’t even get the right furniture! Now they’re trying to force me to keep it basically because they don’t want to give me a refund!!!
