Grateful for the delivery guys who moved our old mattress out of the way and brought in the new mattress and box springs. They were efficient, professional and polite. Thank you, Guys!!!
Everyone was so professional and kind. The lady who sold me the mattress gave me lots of alternatives, and she focused on what I wanted. She told me when the drivers would call. The drivers were fast and efficient. I was impressed. I was very impressed how fast they got up to the third floor carrying mattresses!
The staff here is rude and not accommodating. My wife and I went in looking for one of the bigger vases, when we asked the lady that was following us around the store for pricing on a vase on the top shelf she said those vases were display only (which is completely understandable but she never offered any other options). Then when my wife and I asked a second male employee for the pricing of a different vase he replied “I don’t know the pricing of that vase and I don’t have a way to get up there right now).
