Disappointed that the sales rep ordered us the wrong color of headboard.
Great experience. The bed is not available for a few months but they willingly let me borrow a frame for the new mattress and delivered the mattress, borrowed frame, and bedside table in 4 days. I was kept aware of the delivery date and time with text messages so there were no surprises. When the bed arrives they will swap out the borrowed frame dor the new bed. Could not ask for better service!
Delivery staff was prompt, professional, efficient. Thank you.
