Don’t rent a U haul here. Or any U haul anywhere. Terrible customer service, and I got a faulty truck, which they had to tow it the same night. Leaving me in scrambles to find another truck in the area. Over the phone, they tell me, “Drive 30 min to this city, they have a truck for you.” But, when I get there, the reception tells me they don’t have anything for me. What a nightmare of a moving day. Worst of all, they still haven’t given me my refund . I am still working with Uhaul to get my refund for a month. Terrible exper... read more
Dont waste your time getting a uhual truck here, I told him I just needed it for an hour and gave him a specific time i'd be back, I come back and theres a sign that reads, "be back shortly", I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited a half hour and he still hasnt showed up, I took his uhual and dropped it off elsewhere.
FAST DELIVERY & very friendly environment. Isaac was very polite & also gave me my time looking around , never pushy . Will continue to do business with him and will definitely recommend him to friends & family !
