American Funds is an attrocious place to work, especially for low level employees. They work their low level employees to death and easily fires them without notice or any corrective feedback. Its a "one strike youre out" policy over there. Dont expect to have any job security over there. This company is not a good place to work at!!! They are hardly loyal to their shareholder service employees. They will find any reason to demote you and play with your lively hood. They have their favorites and if your not willing to do all the kissing up, forget it. There is Rob, who has no time to do his job because is too busy hitting on highschool girls.
