I've made a couple of purchases in the past with no problems. Recently purchased a floor model couch for delivery. I was told it would be here on Sunday from 1 to 7pm. I sat home waiting all afternoon with a no show. I called and they said they didn't have a delivery driver. So, we rescheduled for Tuesday. The delivery showed up on Monday while we were working.
