Utter unprofessionalism displayed by their delivery team. Does as he pleases, when he pleases for whichever customer he pleases. The big one, biggest one at that. Also way understaffed, went there 3 times last month and on each visit, only one person was manning the entire store.
Waited 3 hours for the store to open after was told I could pick my items up at 10 when they opened 10/10 do not recommend
Store is supposed to open at 10am. People have been out here almost 3 hours as it is almost 1pm. No one opened the store. Called fuller road store and was told between 12-12:30 someone would be there. It’s now almost 1pm. Also said he tried calling his own store manager who would be coming here, and no answer. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen.
