I recently purchased a refrigerator from Sears Appliance Outlet and was very happy with the service. I saved hundreds of dollars since I got it on sale.
Beware if you plan to purchase something at this store! I tried to purchase a GE Profile stove but it did not include 3 of the burners. I told the sales assiciate that they would have a sale when the burners arrived. I called at least 10 times asking if the parts arrived. No one told me that in order for them to save the stove for me I needed to pay for it. The manager was on vacation during part of this time. When I asked if the burners arrived, I was told I'm not sure if he ordered the parts???? This did not deter me.....I... read more
