Ian was amazing at the Colerain location I had a very hectic week and hectic move and needed a new fridge and was looking for a dining table he was able to make it work out for me. I was able to get the fridge I wanted and didn't have to downgrade. Thank you Ian
The rating is based on our personal experience with what we were looking for vs. what we were able to find. Overall okay; just not what we needed at this time. The staff was very pleasant - engaged in casual talk without being pushy - which is exactly what I like. However the selection at the time we went was not ideal. There were 3 refrigerators we saw in stock at this location online, but none of them were at the store.
