Am told this store is going out of business. Got a great deal on a fridge. Was told it would be delivered the next day. They didn't call until 3 pm to tell me that they could not deliver until Monday. Store personnel was beyond rude on the phone. It's no surprise they are going out of business if this is the way they treated customers. GOOD RIDDANCE. They will be gone by 12/29. Buyer beware...
Getting more and more angry the more I think about our experience with them today. Last night, my husband and I ordered four things from this location for our daughter. Their website said it was all in stock and able to be picked up. My husband rented a truck this morning and missed our daughter's gymnastics class to go pick it all up and surprise her with it. Glad to see this location shutting down. Nothing but problems on both visits. Employees clearly don't care about the store or the customers. Waste of time and money.
Gave me an obviously used dishwasher when I bought one advertised as new in original packaging. On top of everything it had a dent in the side, do not buy appliances here, you will be scammed, only a slight discount for heavily used/damaged items. Genuinely pissed that they had the nerve to tell my husband “oh it’s final sale” as if they didn’t advertise a completely different condition of the product. This is why this place is going out of business.
