Order a fridge the order was cancelled, I was not informed of this; I called Customer service and they said the store cancelled and did not notate why. No courtesy call to inform or anything, now money is tied up in a return waiting to be processed keeping me from ordering a different fridge, completely unprofessional and unacceptable, I will highly recommend going anywhere else to get your appliances
The delivery company associated with them will ruin their business. They have affordable price and good quality, but not having a secured delivery timeframe for movers to drop furniture off is unsettling. The delivery company was very unorganized and even after I paid for them to set the furniture up, they said they don’t do it and left. I paid for both delivery and furniture setup, they could barely get the first job done.
