Bought a microwave online for Anderson road location; was unaware that they didn’t sell microwaves until after I purchased and called. They said they refunded the money and to wait 3-5 business days. 8 days later and still no refund. Called customer service and they said they never put in for a refund and I’ll have to wait another 3-5 business days. They took the time to answer any questions I had about items that I was interested in and had me in and out from looking to purchase in under 30 minutes! From now on I know who to come see!
