Well, I had an online purchase. It seem everything was going smoothly, until I received an email stating the mattress I ordered was no longer available. I called the store and spoke to a very delightful person name Mariano. He was able to get set up with different mattress & delivery details. This is were everything went left. There's so much that happened, it's unbelievabe. I'm going to make a long story short. Delivery & service was horrible. Was suppose to get delivery Saturday.
