Even with the store closing these guys gave me some awesome service. They went out of their way to help me when the problem wasn't even caused by anyone in the store. I have the utmost respect for these gentlemen. I wish these guys the best of luck in their new endeavors and American Freight is losing some awesome employees and an awesome store.
Decided to purchase a “great deal” on a refrigerator since they are going out of business. I asked about working conditions of the ones they have in stock and they said they had all been tested. It is ALL SALES FINAL/NO RETURNS, so I asked about warranty and they said you still get 1 yr manufacturer warranty. So we pay to have the fridge delivered and it does not cool/freeze. Now we have to wait 5 days until it can be inspected. No fridge or freezer in the meantime and wasted food:(. Be careful when purchasing anything.
I recently bought a sectional couch from American Freight, and I did have a slight issue with one side of the sectional being defective, the team went above and beyond to make things right. Matt helped me with the initial purchase and was great at explaining everything that the warranty had to offer. He was very formative and answered all my questions throughout the process.
