I visited the store today at around 1:30 PM. on Thursday. When we first walked in we were the only customers. There was no greeting from any worker. I found a black glass table I was ready to buy, as well as 2 other options in case they didn't have it. The sales associate walked over & asked if he could help. Asked how much the delivery fee was, and then we were about to seal the deal, and the sales associate said, "Oh ya, we dont have that anymore. All sold out." The associates were friendly and helpful, but I didn’t care for the selection.
The guy that worked there today (Saturday, November 9th) was apparently offended by the fact that I looked at him while he was talking to me. He could've been a bit more polite when we walked in too. We ended up not making any purchases because of his atrocious child-like behavior. He should be more respectful of people. He might get more business that way. I personally feel like he owes me an apology but I'll never get it.
