This location is awesome,Martin was amazing he has good product knowledge, on Christmas Eve the store closed with us still trying to decide and he stayed with us and helped us to pick out good furniture and even though it was late he kept saying, “take your time it’s no rush”. The guy that was with him was amazing too. I love this store, I will always choose them. Prices are good too!

American freight on the east side of Green Bay Wisconsin: highest regard. The two managers were attentive, helpful, pleasant. We found a beautiful couch. I highly recommend this store to the buyer on a tight budget. Affordable, stylish furniture.

I visited american frieght winter park today ,they have a huge range, quick deliveries. Customer friendly sales team , Shaji & Shamire was very helpful, I recommend them

I went into the store and was greeted immediately by Isaiah Norwood, I told him what I was looking for and he answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the products, warranties etc.. I even bought a few things I wasn’t looking for. I had the best customer service and I will be back to shop. On top of exceptional customer service Isaiah made my day! Thank you Isaiah!

I would like to praise Steve R one of the manager of the Fuller Road Store, very professional, always followed up with phone calls, to be sure the customer was satisfied, I personally felt he went above and beyond expectations of the service I received. I purchased a refrigerator from Sears Outlet on May 22nd, it was delivered on June 8th after many issues with delivery and them not calling or returning my calls to set up the delivery (even at one point they told me the delivery driver was involved in a car accident and that's why they never showed up - this was after me getting no response and driving down to the warehouse). Horrible experience ordered a piece of furniture out of stock. No problem when it comes in 3 weeks later American Freight had delivered The wrong piece. Payed for delivery but delivery people made the mistake according to American. Freight. So they let random subLet delivery companies just pick up your furniture and say the delivery person grabbed the wrong piece. So delivery company got payed and didn’t want to Redeliver the correct piece. 2 weeks later the piece was delivered. AF gives me $100 credit IN store. I go use ... read more

I purchased a washer and dryer online at searsoutlet.com and was never contacted by the store for delivery. The dryer was being delivered from the Griggs Location and the washer from the Spring location. I finally reached a rep from the Griggs location and was informed they had been busy but they could deliver the following day.
