I made a purchase and while sales,person was nice delivery was another story...I waited and waited for 2nd shipment...I called and was hung up on...I called back and was on hold for 35 yes 35 minutes before I hung up and called back yet again and was told I could not be helped...The person told ME to call back Monday when they opened at 11. Customer service was very poor and I think I spent a very good amount to not have excellent service...I want to purchase more for my living room but with this service...it wont be here

RecommendedHad a bad experience trying to get a new bed and mattress from Ashley Furniture that was supposed to come last week and didn’t because of a broken footboard, then was supposed to come this week and same excuse, broken footboard. I canceled my order because I couldn’t keep rearranging my work schedule for nothing. A friend recommended American Freight, I walked in, picked out what I wanted and had everything delivered and put together a few hours later and I couldn’t be happier.
