Came in few days ago and had excellent service from Dustie. Bought a washer on a payment plan. Very happy with searsoutlet.
They just dumped out oyr furniture wrapped in plastic and cardboard into the living room and left without trying to help for $75.00
Had a excellent experience with the associates that helped me with my washer and fridge that I was looking for. I had certain measurements for the space that I had and they found what I needed.
Sears Outlet is a great place to find deals and knowledgeable staff
First, I own my own business so I understand that a customers satisfaction is Priority #1, that is if you want to keep them. Sears has not show this attitude to us.We have never had a problem with Sears for over 40 years, until now. Maybe all their troubles have filtered down to their employees?
