If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience at American Freight in Roanoke, Va was fine aside from the constant runaround regarding delivery times. However, the delivery itself was a NIGHTMARE. We paid $110 for what we assumed was a third-party delivery service. At 3:45pm we were notified our couches were out for delivery and expected by 7pm. By 10:30pm we were alerted to a knock on the door, only to find a kid with a U-haul. The kid expected to be able to move both couches on his own in the rain. He dropped one, purpos... read more
