If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience at American Freight in Roanoke, Va was fine aside from the constant runaround regarding delivery times. However, the delivery itself was a NIGHTMARE. We paid $110 for what we assumed was a third-party delivery service. At 3:45pm we were notified our couches were out for delivery and expected by 7pm.
