They talked us into getting the insurance for our furniture. We got the 5 year insurance. 2 weeks ago we noticed that the seat cushions are getting very flat and damaged. The zippers on the back of the pillows are manufactured incorrectly and the zipper lever is on the inside, not the outside. The cushions have busted in the back and there’s no way to fix it. Bought a dining room set and set up next day pick up. Was told that there were only 2 boxes and that everything I purchased was inside them. Double verified with J. R. that he was sure it was all combined in the 2 boxes. Came to pick up the next day, went home to assemble, and opened the boxes to find out that the 4 chairs that were a part of the order, weren’t inside the two boxes. I want to thanks Mr Jack Path for his hard work works today he make my day I been going to the store for the bed I like on king size and the told me they don’t have it today I come explaining him my situation and he been looking everywhere until he got me what I want he a patient man he deserve a raise cause he’s so patient and respectful with the customer, great customer service good job Jack path.
Last Wednesday, I decided to stop by American freight to see what good deals they had. I was greeted by Pat Jack and he asked me what I was looking for. but then 30 minutes maybe less I was already making my purchase which also included him helping me with the application process.. I suggest if you’re looking for great customer service and good deals to stop by American freight and ask for Pat. I’m sure he’ll point you in the right direction.
