If you value your time and money this is not the place to shop. I ordered a sectional couch it was promised to be delivered Sunday, August 1. It was not delivered. No one called me. I finally called location I purchased it out. To be told it would be delivered the very first delivery on Monday. Here we are approaching 7 PM and still no sectional. Nor have I received any calls. I called the faculty in St Paul MN again and spoke to a manager that was quite rude and no helpÂ
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME! I ordered a microwave to be delivered to me over 3 weeks ago. I then scheduled delivery on their website. After waiting two weeks I was informed they lost my shipment. Three days later the said they found it and scheduled another delivery. When the driver tried to deliver it was a washing machine NOT a microwave. Over a month later and I still don't have my purchase... 😡Â
Warranty is absolutely trash. Sales guys pitch it as a no hassle warranty to cover your furniture for 5 years, but then when you file a claim 2 years after purchase, they claim seam tears and mechanical structure is not covered under the warranty.
