I bought furniture on 10/2/18. I lost everything in the flooding and bought whole bedroom and living room sets. I bought the warranty as well. The mattress came with a whole in it and was assured I would be getting a new one. It is now April 34, 2019 and I still have not received my new bed! I have spoke to someone several times and they keep telling me they are out of stock! The couch is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever owned! Certainly not the same comfort as the one in the store!!!
