I have never walked into any store and been treated the way I was treated when I walked into this place. I went intending to purchase a dining room set, bed, nightstand, and a couple of rugs. I bought a 2k couch from here with a 159 delivery fee 10 min from here and my power chord did not arrive with my couch. I haven't been able to use it since I bought it. I've been in contact with them 2 times about this and haven't heard anything back in a week about getting me another. It was also a on the floor couch as well with no discount. Bought a very nice sectional and it has a broken recliner on one end. They were supposed to either fix or replace it today as I lined it up to happen several days ago. Now I'm being told that it won't be today and that I have to wait another week. Poor customer service.
