DO NOT buy their extended warranty. It is a scam that covers absolutely nothing. I really give a negative review, but trying to use their extended warranty is useless. I have bought numerous pieces of furniture for my home and even offices and they have always been helpful. Until we tried to file a claim on a large sectional sofa and found the warranty doesn't cover the mechanisms on the reclining parts. They are fine for purchasing low end budget furniture, but I would think twice on any higher end monetary purchases.
